We sell digital products, including website templates and related digital assets. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in a traditional sense, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for refunds

  • The product is materially broken or not functioning as described

  • There is a genuine technical issue that prevents use of the product and cannot be reasonably resolved

Non‑refundable circumstances

Once a digital product has been downloaded, duplicated, remixed, or otherwise used, it is generally no longer eligible for a refund.
